The Team & Role
Join our dynamic team as a Mobile Device Configurator and play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Working closely with another dedicated team member, you will be responsible for configuring devices purchased from us on our Mobile Device Management (MDM) system before they reach the customer. Your expertise will ensure that each device is set up accurately, meeting our quality standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily configuration of smartphone devices
- Packaging and arranging courier pick ups
Working alongside our Implementation team to prioritise configuration and distribution of devices
Completing and updating stock inventory
- Setting up customers on our solution
Any other duties in the benefit of the company's overall goals and objectives
Attending and contributing to daily and weekly meetings
- Evaluating new devices and/or applications
- Processing returned and/or repaired devices
- Ev aluating new Devices/Apps
- Processing returned/repair devices
- Requirements
- Experience:
Knowledge of smart phone configuration and/or strong technical acumen. Driving license highly desirable
Technical/Functional Alignment:
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account set up and network configuration; good communication skills; technical mindset
Sector Interest:
A genuine interest in the UK social care sector and how technology can improve interoperability.
Mindset:
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage workload and prioritise issues, excellent time management, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
