UK HealthTech Trackr (healthtechjobs.uk) is an independent project listing UK health-tech jobs. It collects as little as it can. You can browse and search every role without giving us anything. For questions, or to have your data deleted, email hello@healthtechjobs.uk.
If you ask for job emails
We keep your email address, when you signed up, where on the site you signed up (and, if you arrived through a tagged link such as one shared in a post, which one), and any filter you had chosen, so that the emails can match what you were looking at.
We use it only to email you about new roles on this site, at most once a week. We never sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time: every email has an unsubscribe link, or email hello@healthtechjobs.uk and we will delete your address.
If you report a listing
We keep the reason you chose and any note you wrote, so a person can check the listing. To stop one person filing the same report repeatedly, we also keep a scrambled, salted code derived from your IP address. It cannot be turned back into the address, and it is used for nothing else. We never store the IP address itself.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping listings accurate and the reporting form free of abuse. Please don't put personal details in the note.
Visiting the site
We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you. Like any website, our hosting provider records technical request logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting, and keeps them only for a short period.
We set no cookies for visitors. The only cookie on this site is the sign-in cookie used by its administrators.
Who handles the data for us
Supabase stores the database (in London). Vercel hosts the site and provides the analytics. Resend sends our emails. Each processes data only on our instructions, under its own data processing terms. Some are based outside the UK and use recognised safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it — email hello@healthtechjobs.uk. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
For employers
Listings are collected from employers' own careers pages and always link back to them. If you would like a listing corrected or removed, email hello@healthtechjobs.uk.
