We keep your email address, when you signed up, where on the site you signed up, and the wording of the consent you agreed to at the time.

We use it only to email you about new roles on this site, at most once a week. We never sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

We keep the reason you chose, any note you wrote, and a pseudonymised code made from your IP address, so a person can check the listing and one visitor cannot make it look like several people reported it. The code is deleted after 24 hours and used for nothing else — we never store the IP address itself.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping listings accurate. Please don't put personal details in the note.

We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics: which pages were visited, without the query string attached to the link, and without cookies. Sign-in and admin pages are excluded. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.

We also measure how quickly pages load for visitors, with Vercel Speed Insights: the page (again without the query string), loading times, which part of the page was slow, and your connection type (for example “4g”). It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and sign-in and admin pages are excluded. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site fast.

Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps request logs, including IP addresses, for a limited period, on the same legitimate-interest basis — in this case, security.

Administrators sign in with their email address and get a sign-in cookie. This applies only to the small number of people who run this site, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the admin area secure.

If you email us — to suggest a role, ask a question or use one of your rights — we use your email address and message only to deal with it and reply, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the site. We keep them only as long as that takes. A role you suggest is checked by hand before anything is added.

Adverts are written and published by employers, and may contain a recruiter's name or work contact details. We republish adverts as the employer published them. If you are named in one and would like it removed, email hello@healthtechjobs.uk.

Email address: until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribed addresses are deleted from our database at the next weekly run. If you ask us to erase your data, we handle that within one month.

The pseudonymised report code: 24 hours.

Reports themselves: deleted six months after they are resolved.

Supabase stores our database, in London. Vercel hosts the site and provides the analytics, and Resend sends our emails — both US companies. GitHub runs our scheduled jobs, including the one that reads the email list to prepare the weekly email — also a US company. Email sent to our address is forwarded by Porkbun, our domain registrar, to a Gmail inbox provided by Google — both US companies. Each processes data only on our instructions. Separately, Google's Gemini API reads the text of job adverts (never visitor or subscriber data) to help label roles, under Google's own API terms.

Where any of them processes data outside the UK, it is covered by the international transfer safeguards in that provider's data processing terms.

Visitors get no cookies and nothing is stored in their browser. The only cookie on this site is the administrators' sign-in cookie, which is strictly necessary for the admin area to work. That is why there is no cookie banner.

You can ask for access to, correction of, or erasure of what we hold about you, ask us to restrict or object to how we use it, ask for a copy of your email-list data in a portable format, or withdraw consent at any time — email hello@healthtechjobs.uk. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
