Job Summary

Manager to drive growth within existing customer accounts by identifying opportunities for additional software, services, training, licences, and hardware.

Team, you'll prepare quotes and proposals, support sales activities, and help deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key

  • Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Drive revenue growth through add-on sales opportunities.

Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and sales orders.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate customer support.

Support forecasting, reporting, and commercial activities.

Complete supplier questionnaires and security assessments.

Coordinate opportunity scoping, pricing discussions, and proposal development.

Maintain knowledge of products,

NetSuite, and Loopio.

Bachelor's degree in Business,

Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience.

2+ years' experience in sales, account management, or complex customer service.

Supporting bids, proposals, and commercial responses.

Public sector,

IT, or IT services commercial experience.

Experience using

Onboarding

As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend / travel to the office on their first day of employment. This requirement is essential for onboarding activities, including the identity verification, completion of necessary documentation, receiving your IT equipment, introductions to key team members, and orientation to Clinisys policies and procedures.
