The Role: We are seeking a Head of Data Engineering to join our high-functioning Data & Analytics team (comprising Data Engineers, Analytical Business Partners, and Data Scientists). In this high-impact leadership role, you will take end-to-end accountability, from data ingestion to metric reporting, to deliver business-critical insights across the organisation. Managing two Data Engineers, you will sit at the heartbeat of Numan, balancing hands-on technical contribution with strategic thought leadership. You will serve as the go-to expert for data warehouse design, data modelling best practices, and tool selection.
